Boarding Your Pet at Birchwood Boarding Kennels

Please note the following points:

Ring us to book your pet’s holiday or complete our booking form
Ensure your pet is vaccinated according to our requirements – ie the triple actual vaccine is up to date, protection against Kennel Cough is optional
Please bring the vaccination certificate with you
Regrettably, if your dog is not fully up to date, or if you forget to bring your vaccination record we will not be able to accept him
If your pet has not stayed with us before and you would like to visit us, please feel free to do so during our opening hours

Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 9am – 12pm

Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday

Closed for drop off and collection

We are happy to be flexible to accommodate your requirements, but please do not attempt to deliver or collect your pet without prior agreement

We accept payment by cash, cheque or debit card, normally when you collect your pet. We may require a deposit to secure your booking
